We'll need more information to be able to provide you with much help.
When posting on the forum, please provide at a minimum the year and engine of the vehicle you are requesting help with. Specifically, the engine should be a 3.0L 12V, 3.0L 24V/DOHC, 3.0L SHO, 3.2L SHO, 3.8L, or 3.4L SHO.
Also, include any relevant information to the problem. In this case, which transmission do you have? Which seal are you asking about (pan gasket, left/right axle seal, etc.).

I also need to know how to remove a R/L output axle transmission seal for a 92-97 Ford Taurus. I have the replacement part but can't get the damaged one out.
