ok my clutch went out a little while back and had a transmission shop put it in and a new flywheel now my wont shift into 6th? I took it back he said maybe adjustment, syncro, or tranmisson is shot.. Any ideas

Syptoms are
Can put car into 6th but as soon as i let out on the clutch it pops back out. Can into while car is off but it rugged like its fighting you and when you get in there its like it almost gets stuck.
Keep in mind that before none of this was like this before the clutch went out everything was perfect..

UPDATE JULY 11th
Ok the shop has checked everything out they say it has to be the synchro or fork. BUT since things have gotten alittle worse you have SLAM the shifter into second like if try and do it right you are meet with what seems a brick wall i've tried shifting higher rpm, lower rpm, letting out of the clutch pushing it back in.. Third and forth are not as bad but still hard except after you drive for alittle they are fine. Fifth no matter what rpm speed is smooth as silk sixth like stated let out on the clutch pop right back at you.. Also First gear how slow do you have to be going to get into first i have to be dead stoped no like 10 mph or so no dead stop.. is this normal?

who did your clutch? Check your shifter linkage.. that is my best guess.. look for the bushings where the linkage bolts to the top of the tranny..
