1995 buick park avenue

Hi there, well im having troubles with my 95 PA a.c. Im getting cold air flow throught the windshield and floor, but no front dash. This started happening a week ago, and the first thing i thought off was my head control unit took a shit. so i got a replacement, and it had the same problem, no front dash air flow. i was then told to check the cauum hoses under neith, to whicj i did, and they, the three were one, on the individual spots, including the black one, which i understand is the dash vent, i than checked the right side , and all linees were on, except one, which im told is right. the unit i checked actually looked like a circle with hoses around it. the right side spoyt was not pluged. im now been told to check for the programmer, and module, and i dont know what they look like, or were they are. im guessing the previuosly described unit is the programmer, or vicera versa, . can sonme body please help me out with a little more information. also can i use parts to fix whatever replacements necessary from my 92 park avenue. i knw the head controller(acc unit) was different. tyvm in advance mike

ok..update...after reading a lot in older forums, i found one that explain that theres a vacuum line on the right side of you glove box(behind it), thats connects to a vacuum line that goes to the rear of engine. mine was broke at the engine. i cut it off and replaced and got a blast of cool air from the front vent. woohoo, i was so happy!!!!!!
