It's at a credible used car dealer(hard to believe I know), $4600, has 168,xxx miles, 5speed, cold A/C (my current car doesn't). Only have looked at it once and the guy started it and there was this ticking noise, he said it was the 'lifters' and after being warmed up for a while or driven it would go away, because the car hadn't been started in a couple of weeks. Exterior is in great condition, interior is good enough. Asked my friend about it who really likes Hondas and he said the Preludes were known to overheat, but I don't know. So just wondering what you guys thought.

I think you should look at it again. And again. And again.
Look at it from 17 different angles and then test drive it. Lots of things can be hidden if you don't test drive it.
And sorry, but I don't believe there is such a thing as a "credible used car dealer."

Yea, I decided not to get because too many miles and too many dollars wanted for it.
