I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT. My passenger side side mirror was knocked off by dome drunk f'er walking by my car!! Now it just hangs by the electronic wire. I've tried adhesives and different kinds of tape. The adhesives don't work. Duct tapes and electrical tapes melt off in the summer heat. Can anyone help me and tell me what I can use to put this mirror back on? Thank you!!!!:banghead:

Its basicly broke, and other then jerry riggen it you'll have to buy a new one.
Any local body shop should be able to order on for you relativly cheap, cheapr then the stealership anyway. :D
Either drill out the holes for the old bolts and put bolts through with nuts on the inside. The dome head bolts are less obvious.
The triangle cover in the interior pops off.
The wire connector in down behind the door panel.
A long screw driver will reach the plug and unplug it.
Thiers 3 nuts, 10mm, that used to hold it on the mirror.
