Please could we have a Car TV programes forum? That would be really useful, as I dont know about others, but I have a lot to talk about, on programmes such as Top gear, and Top gear GTI, and your american equivelants? What do you think?
Example:
On Top gear last sunday, they have been racing nice cars around their top gear track. They raced a Pagani Zonda around their track, and they said that anyone could challenge its time. Eventually they asked the company who make a very special kit car, with no windows, road legal though, and looks like it is a GT car, costing £20k to race the zonda. they went round the track... and won! It was amazing!
Also they asked whether any Grannies owuld like to do doughnuts in a S2000 (you had to be over 65 Y.O) and they came on, and an 85 year old won, making an amazing doughnut, better than the experts.
Later on, the presentewrs talked about their favourite cars, and they brought in two people from Jaguar, a designer and a managing director, to draw them what they thought a modern e-type owuld look like... and their designs were very similar! Interesting.
It owuld be great to talk about stuff like that!

Perhaps a TV/movie car forum
Here is what I'm looking for.
Does anyone Know what kind of car john travolta was driving in the movie Swardfish.
The scene where they are being chased by black tahoes.
John then stands up it the driver seat (right hand drive)
wth arms out to the sides and fires his machine guns at the tahoes on each side.
I also saw another one on the begining of an automotive history show on the history channel unfortunatly they didn't talk about the car.
It looked a little like a viper fron a profile, in that it had the center of the doors cut in like the viper and a simular roofline.
The front end is vert rounded and has 6 projector head lights,
3 per side one above the other.
I think there was also a quick shot of it in XXX when they were driving the stolen cars into the castle.
