my problem is that my pick-up turns real well to the right .it doesn't turn well to the left. the power steering pump is working. The steering wheel turns 2 and 1/4 revolutions to the right and 1 and 1/4 to the left.
Is there adjustments that can be made to correct this or will steering components need to be replaced? Any help that you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Have someone start the truck and turn the wheels back and forth while parked. Open the hood and watch the steering box for movement.
At 400,000 miles my Suburban's steering got weird. Lots of corrections required on the highway. Unpredictable steering at low speeds. Thought it was the box, but it was a cracked frame rail. The box was hanging by a thread of metal!
Cure was welding on a thick patch panel made for off-roaders. Everything is straight and tight again, ready for another half-million miles.
