91 K1500 Interior noises?

Hey guys,
I noticed on my 91 single cab that the passenger side seems to make a bit of noise rubbing plastic/weatherstripping on the passenger side. It's that entire panel that covers the speakers and such that is making the noise. I dunno why it is doing it but it's driving me nuts.
How hard is it to remove that one panel and reset it? Or is there some spray or something I can use to lube the rubber where it meets the plastic? I know it's a 91 and it will make some noises but this is nuts LOL
Any ideas?
