go see a detailer and find out how much he'll charge to take them out first. save a little $$$

I would say a qood quality paint job would be around $1000-$1500 but thats just an estimate. Go to a local shop and they should be able to give you a quote.

Why are you guys saying $1000? $1500? Seriously? A quality paint job is about $5-6k at the minimum.

Also consider a good rubbing compound. It can take a lot of scratches out. But you have to know what you are doing. An honest paint shop can do this.

Good luck!:)

5-6 K omg... Are you getting diamond dust in your paint or sumthin? Everyone I talked to said at the most a good paint job would cost 3k unless you get a custom design or somthing along those lines

I'm having the front end of my car repainted. Hood, front fenders, bumper, and nosepanel, that going to cost $3k alone. My friend had his E36 painted earlier this year for $6500.

These are just regular PPG colors. Primer, Base, Clear. I used to paint, and I'd paint my car myself, but I no longer have my booth nor time.

Oh well it depends on the shop and alot of other stuff. I had a friend who had an older saab painted and it only cost 1000 bucks so i guess it all depends on who does the work
