help!! pass dr lock window heater alarm inop

2003 Tahoe remote didn't work so had to open the passenger side door manually. When tuning on the car the alarm went off, pulled the key out went to driverside door opened the door and the alarm went off. Now the passenger door wont work at all. I.E. door lock, power window, heated seats. Both key fobs wont work.
