Cold Air Intake Problem??

I just installed a AEM cold air intake on my 2002 dodge neon. And after running it, at idle around 1000 rpms and at stops, it made a noise like someone blowing into a bottle ( X 100) . And the ordinary "sucking" sound. It was suppperrr loud

Any answers??
