I just bought a couple models today and I am looking for a paint color. Atleast one that is similar to what I need. I'm looking for Honda's Firepepper Red Pearl.
Picked up:
Accord Wagon SiR CH-9
Accord Wagon 2.3 VTL CF-6
Here is the best picture I have of the color.

Cool. I wasn't sure if they made a Mica Red or not. It probably won't have the weird purple tint that the Firepepper has though. Maybe Mica Red over a blue?

Yeah, that's just their two in one. I'm going to get some Mica red and see how it looks over some different primers and pick the best looking one. Unfortunately, these models are molded in black. Why do you go and mold something in black Aoshima?

Mica Red does have a purply hue to some of the flakes, not sure if it is the same as the Firepepper though.
And I think the "73.5 Camaro" in your current project stuff should be titled 70.5 or just 73. No 73.5. Ask someone who owns one... (like me).

I could have sworn it was a 73.5, but I'm probably wrong like usual. I did find a can of Mica Red, but it was pretty dented so I didn't buy it. Got some Metallic Red instead and tried it over a couple different colors and the best so far looks like Metallic Red over Light Gun Metal.

Have you tried Zero paints from Hiroboy.com? They produce an excellent range of genuine manufacturer colours, airbrush ready, and if the colour isn't available can ususally mix it. Needs a good clear coat.
