You could always email him and see if they can ship it to you. I have no idea why they wouldn't be able to, but it would be a nice reassurance before you went ahead and ordered the kit.

yep they are reliable ive ordered from and im in australia, ordered 2 sets of decals took just on 2 weeks 2 get here. if i had any questions he was very promt on answering
