98 s10 2.2 running rich

I have a 98 s10 with the 2.2 with 116,000 miles. When i back up I can smell fuel. Sometimes my truck wont crank unless i give it alittle gas. It will never start with out me giving it gas if I stall out (hehe new to standard...) It also idles up high enough to go 7mph with the ac on, could this be a bad fuel injector or fuel regulator?
