GOIN Crazy HELP!!!!

Alright everybody I have a 2001 Tahoe with 43,000 miles. First the ebcm went out and now when I'm sitting at a red light with the A/C on sometimes it with idle down from 700 rpms to 300. It seems like it wants to die. However when I turn off the A/C it runs fine. I have also noticed the A/C is not blowing as cold.

I have been told a couple of things.

1) Change out the idle motor.

2) check hoses for leaks. did that no luck

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
