Autoride Air Compressor

Anyone know where to get an air compressor for the Autoride suspension, except the dealer. I found a few in bone yards, and a place online who sells rebuilt ones. I would rather buy new either OEM or aftermarket if possible. The 460.00 quote from the dealer seems steep to me.

How do you know when the compressor is bad? I have a 03 Tahoe w/autoride that I bought used and I am not familiar about this feature. The ride seems to be ok. The only thing I experienced was while driving after a rain shower, I was at a stop light turning left as I lightly excellerated through the rear wheels broke loose and started skiding. It happened about 2-3 times after that. I was "not" trying to skid.

It was making a weird noise when it ran for about 3 months. Then just stopped working on day. I had a leaky shock a while back and it ran quite a bit, especially when towing my 8,000 lb trailer. I am guessing it died a little prematurely cause of that. They are oiless compressors which have a certain amount of cycles in their life.
