any 4th gen accords w/ adjustable cam??

anyone have one, and what different settings have you used, and for what gains?? they(aem) say if you adjust properly, you can see gains throughout the entire band, not just raise the lower/drop highend. of course im more interested in advancing timing since i have an a/t. i need all lowend power i can get, yet i dont want to compromise my highend.
