1994 Mazda 323 Won't Start

This is my first post, seems this site has helped a lot of people. I thoought ide write to see if anyone had ideas about this car that won't start.

Ive cheked to see if the spark plugs are getting juice and belive me they are:swear:

It cranks fine :rofl: but it wont start. The belts are moving, but I thought maybe the timing belt snaped and I can't see if its their or not. Or maybe its just skiped and its out of timing.

I could realy use some help, I don't want to spend a whole bunch of money if the cars not worth fixing.

Well you may have a fuel problem also? Do you know how to check if its getting fuel?
