3800 supercharged

iam wanten to put a 3.8L supercharger motor in my 89 beretta and just wondering if it would be a good idea to get block work done to it and maybe camshaft and bigger injectors and some other stuff maybe bigger turbo. idk wut do u guys think about it. i had block work done to the 2.8 that was in it. and camshaft and oil pump and it didnt work very good. then i started hearen that the 2.8L isnt a very good motor. wut do u guys who have a 3.8L done to urs. opne to any ideas..
