Ac Repair/problem

im working on a 2001 chevy venture a/c.low side reading 40psi, high side reading 300 to 400 psi, when rpms are raised comp shuts off,outlet temp is good at idle.what could be causing this?cooling fans are working.has proper charge.need help!
