Rubbing Noise

I have a 2000 toyota celica GT-S that is making a "rubbing," "squeaky" kinda noise coming from my left front tire area when I slow down to come to a complete stop, was just wandering if someone could tell me what it might possibly be...|Just for the info. it has new tires and appears to have new breaks on it and the rotors feel and look fine "I just bought it," THANKS!!

Most likely it's just cheap brake pads.
