electric window going off track....

My electric window keeps running off track and hanging before it rolls all the way up. It tilts out toward the outside of the truck and I have to roll it up and down over and over before it will slide all the way closed. Does anyone know what the problem is here or how to fix it??

The tracks are bolted inside the door so one must be loose or bolt out so pull the door panel and check. Also look at the bottom assembly and make sure the roller wheels are there and round. Assumes the in channel material is still there.
