Nice work! You should make another with the crash details :)

How about some details on that guardrail?

:o :)
You guys notice the orange peel! awww, but it's too late now, the decals are on already. I'll polish better on my next model.

The guard rails was slap together really quickly just for these pictures:o

TougeMonkey, what's RNRs?

Awesome!! :)http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/icons/icon14.gif

But what's up with the license plate? Is it like that in the anime?

I want to know more about the guardrail, too. What did you make it from, or is it from Fujimi's road side parts set?

And what kit are those wheels originally from? :D (I'm starting to have a nice little fetish for Mugen wheels! ;) )

Can you give me a link or something to the Road Side kit? I'm thinking of making a diorama...

Jay has everything covered:D

The wheels I believe are from a Aoshima Mugen Accord wagon.
As for the plates, it's the number used in Battle stage. Notice that real Japanese licence plates only has 4 digits, while the Initial D ones have 5.

Just needs to have the wheels tucked a bit more inside the guards...other wise its a great looking model.
Congrads on finishing it so well.

Don' tuck the wheels under the fenders, pull the fenders over the wheels.

Just a thought...

I wonder if they have to do that to avoid using real plate numbers... Like phone numbers in the movies all have to be 555-...

Excatly!:)

As for the wheels, I'm not going to touch them, since the stems breaks so easily. One of them is already broken, but I manage to fix it....scary
