Codes P1684 & P0403

Does anyone know what these codes mean....again on 2001 voyager?

P1684 means that the battery has been disconnected in the last 50 restarts. The other might have to do with the ERG sensor.

Blade 007, thank you so much for the response....do you also know how to clean an EGR valve/sensor?
