Bad Trader Thread

Hi everybody , I hope not to disturb this but I must say this to avoid another fraud to another Automotive forums member.

Lutz-Bikes also know as Lutz is a swindler. Why?:

After he or she sent to me some private messages to talk about problems with the scale motorcycles, moulds etc.. he started to be a friend , then I asked to he or she for a good foam to make the roads for my diorama and about a 1/12 figure that I was going to make he say that he had the figure and the foam and he could send it to me. I say very well!! so I will send to you 4 helmets in resin 1/12 scale as a sign of gratefulness (yes I know here is my problem maybe to much entrusted). The result: He never answered me.. I asked to him or her if he or she have received the helmets and he or she have the BIG face to say: yes I received the helmets everything is correct, but man where is my foam?? and now he have the BIG face to post his or her project finished http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=718707

I write this because I received a private message of Risko who has been defrauded by the same person and I would like to see if Risko can explain the problem here. I think that in Risko's case the problem is more big because I think that Risko sent to Lutz pieces to cast and probably Risko will never get them again.


Please don't delete the thread, this is important for Automotive Forum users to avoid the fraud with this person.

It's a great shame that you have been defrauded in this way and it cannot be resolved amicably.I know how you feel.I purchased a kit from an online auction site some time ago and waited 8 weeks for delivery.It never arrived.It was only when I threatened the seller with reporting him to the site and to Paypal that I finally received the item I had paid for in good faith.However on the flip side I have met many good people on these very forums who have helped me out with decals when I had damaged mine and paint for projects I am working on as well.I in turn have helped them also when they have been in need.There are good people on the forums but as is always the case there are some not so good ones as well.I only hope that the person involved in your case may read your comments and see how you feel.Maybe he or she will hopefully get in touch with you to resolve the issue.I wish you luck.

I confirm all about Lutz-Bikes, on SPC-Forum he did this to a mate, too.
My mate has scratch build some engines for Toyota and a CA18DET for Nissan, Lutz was choosen as resig ncaster to duplicate his work and send the masters and copys back, but he took the masters and money and didn´t reply to him now longer than 6 months.

I have his phone number, but now I am in the circle of people who Lutz don´t like to speak with.

where I come from friends don't do that to friends. Someone should join and mention something about the helmets on that forum

Yesterday I sent to Lutz an important email and finally I got a reply, It seems Lutz will send to me all he/she said, but anyway after those problems it does not matter for me.

I hope and encourage to those people who were defrauded by this guy that continue fighting, be serious , now everyone have his/her street address and he/she does not have loophole. :smokin:
