lots of problems..

in the last few weeks my car has had some trouble..it started smokin(blue, white and black..then few days ago my oil filter crack and car almost ran dry.....now the car smokes a bit more. and every once in awhile the temp gage goes all over... headgasket? its a 1.6l d16a6 and it dosnt really have any power loss??.. any ideas,,, computer throws lots of codes.

do a compression check, leakdown test, and find out what codes you're throwing.

i did compression test,,, 120 across. and its threw map sensor,, full injectors. mostly things that says it runs rich,, and i put new map sensr in. and injectors are good,, i know the car runs rich but thats not the only prob any more

unlikely your head gasket is blown if your getting consistent numbers all across. My temp gauge has started going all over the place to. I know a few buddies who have the same problem with their higher mileage hondas. I replaced the sending unit, located under the distributor today. Problem solved. You didn't mention if your losing any fluids..oil, coolant?
