03 Blown fuse

The fuse "Ignition E" on my 03 EXT keeps blowing, taking the A/C and turnsignals with it, as well as making the tach go crazy and preventing me from starting the engine once shut down. once it is replaced everything works normally for a while, then it blows again. Everything is bone stock other than a remote start installed by circuit city back in february. everything was normal until thursday. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
