92 town car issues with cluster

gas guage stuck at half a tank and ran out of gas, speedo stuck on 0. air suspension light on, and horn wont shut off when car started...any help on fixing any of these issues thanx

You certainly have a few problems. I would narrow a few things down before replacing the cluster. My personal car had the same problem with the spedo guage reading zero. The problem was that the unit that bolts into the trans was busted off. I replaced that and it worked fine. As far as the air ride light being on, has you car been converted to springs? The reason I ask is a lot of people make the conversion and never un plug the RAS computer. The computer is located in the right ride of trunk, try that if you have the springs. There is two connectors to un plug on the computer. Could be a bad horn relay for the horn problem, check the relays under the hood. You might have other non cluster related issues on the fuel guage problem. The fact that it's reading something is a good thing, for the cluster.
