The Viper may be faster than the Corvette but there are many reasons for this. They have a V-10 over a V-8 and more hp. IMO I'd rather own a Corvette because it is a cheaper car for the performance. Also they have been America's Sportscar for 50 years.

i agree. the corvette has history and tradition while the viper may have more pizazz. i'd rather own a vette, but i'd rather rent a viper for the fun of it.

Between the two I'd rather have the Viper since their are few of them running around.
