i am having problems with my 99 grand marquis... when i open the door or something my radio goes all staticky... also it makes all my lights in the car flicker... does anyone know what i could do

also similar to some problems I'm having now...I have not had any work done, but most people I talk to say I have a bad ground wire somewhere.
