Anyone know of a link to installing working lights?

I've recently expanded from the plastic modeling hobby to that and the R/C hobby as well so I'm not as familiar with the R/C vocabulary and some of their "how to do" things.

I recently bought Yokomo's 180sx kit and was wondering if anyone knew how or of a link that shows you how you could mount working lights on the body. I'm not interested, right now, in mouting working head lights that flip up and down. Thats a little too advanced for me right now. I want to keep it a little simple and just mount the regular sleepy lights that come with the kit as an option but add working flashing lights. I'm used to cutting on 1/24 cars but not sure where to attempt or start on a 1/10, and I wouldnt want to butcher my first R/C right off the bat.

One more questions off topic. #1. What's offset mean? I've noticed wheels sets have 0 degree offset, 3 degree offset, etc. and people asking for help on how much offset certain wheels they're interested in have or would it work on their R/C

Again, any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated and thanks for taking some of your time to read my thread.

Offset is the distance between the mounting face of the wheel and the outside edge of the wheel, if you have too much or too little it can effect whether the wheels tuck too far into the body or sit too far out. Offset can also effect whether wheels come too close to moving suspension components or not.

By working lights, do you mean;

They are always on?
Head/Tail lights come on at night/with a switch flick?
Indicators and Reverse lights to add to the last one?
