JDM headlights

i just got a set of jdm headlights for my Z because some stupid blind lady broke the right one, anyway a was looking at the bulbs in the jdms and the high beams look the same, left and right.... but the right low beam light bulb is blue and the left one is transparent, the blue one is smaller....will they light up in a different manner? or why could this be?

Best thing to do is check TT.Net or call Z1 and ask what the OEM JDM bulbs are. Cause it sounds like you have a previous owner who just threw a set of bulbs in the headlights to get it to light. If they are true JDM headlights (later models) they will be HIDs. If not then you just paid too much for a stock USDM/JDM headlight.
