No Rear Running Lights and Dash Lights??

Okay. I have a 99 Malibu and I recently got into a front end collsion with it. The fog lights were broken. After the accident I noticed the dash lights went out then the Service Engine Light came on right after they went out. My buddy was following me the other night and he said my running lights werent working in the rear. All the fuses are fine.

What could my problem be.

Ok Fuse are ok but you also have to check to ones in the driver side and passeger side also Check the relays The way I check the relays is I put them on where they say fuel pump and if the car starts and stays on then it working fine but not all the relays are the same.
