2 ESC's into 1 reciever?

Hey, can you wire two esc's into one reciever?

Yes, you should be able to.

If you have a 2-channel radio though, one ESC will controlled by the steering channel and the other by the throttle channel.

you can but why. Just get a dual motor esc like a trx evx or the novak thats in the esavage.

ahh true; but the only reason why I ask is because I'm thinking about making a dual motor 4wd rc car and I want to keep the two esc and motors seperate.(which is why I don't want a dual motor esc) So would I be better off with a 3channel radio?

dont need a 3 channel. get a y plug for the ESC's so you can plug em both into 1 receiver.

hah that was fast, ooo wow I didn't even know they made Y-plugs for esc's. Would a local hobby shop carry them, or would I have to go online?

LHS should have them, They use them alot in airplanes.
