Where can I get the molded carpet for my '01 LeSabre?
Looking online I can only find carpet for up to '99 models. Surely to goodness the dealer ($$$) isn't the only place I can get carpet....?
Tan, if it matters.

Maybe because these vehicles are so "new" there isn't a market yet for moulded carpet (like OEM.) I've only seen the "one size fits most" and the "cut to fit" type available at places like J C Whitney.

I have unsucessfully purchased 2 sets of carpet for my cars (online orders) and neither was near the quality of the manufacturer.
Both purchases were far from GM quality. I spent in the $100 range.
I had supposed spending more for the second from a different source would get me better quality and it didn't.
The site was well advertised with rubber backing were it ended up just being a cheap spray on process. To this day knapp constantly comes off the carpets.
Please beware and possibly look for satisfaction guarentee transactions.
If you do replace the carpet be sure and replace the Juit padding also, since it really helps sound supression and padding feel.
Good Luck.

Looks like '00-'05 is just too new for the aftermarket...I dread even calling my local dealer, but looks like I'll have to. :banghead: I hoped that the OEM manufacturer had another outlet somewhere, but guess not.

I had done a google search on automotive carpets and here are the sources I found:
http://www.auto-interior.com/buick3.htm#LESABRE
http://www.stockinteriors.com/AutoCarpet.asp?Itemid=76&MakeId=3&ModelId=28
http://www.autocarpetdeals.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=BuickB2
http://www.automotivecarpet.com/catalog/index.php
Although I'm a bit wary of some of these sources, since they list stuff like '99 LeSabre 2-doors. Like Bassasasin indicates, the quality can vary.
I'd look for a source as close to the OEM manufacturer as possible.
