2001 Chrysler Sebring Ac Question

I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. The AC keeps going from cold to hot. I know that the water outlet housing needs to be replaced. Would this cause the AC to function like that or is it that the Ac system needs to be recharged. I have no clue any suggestions or help would be great.

there are many things that can cause this, plugged condenser in front of the radiator, electric fan not coming on with ac clutch, moisture in the refrigerant system, need more info to really help. watch the clutch and see if it stays pulled in and turns the compressor, or if it is cylcing.
