need a 420a engine

Well my 96 gs broke down and now i need to fine a new engine since the one i have isn' t rebuildable. My question is how would i come about looking for this engine and what i should look for and where. I live in Los Angeles, so if anybody from around here can help me out thanks.

Look on ebay. plus , there is a s*** load of engine distributors in Cali.
If I were you , I would ask for ones tested and come with a 30 day warranty at least. It's a pretty bullet proof motor for the most part but beat anyone to death and it'll poop out on ya. I would also check and see if you do find one , if the place does leak down and compression tests on the motor. If so , i'd go with them.
