New and Need Help... Fast!

Okay, so I've had my '91 Crx for a while now, but it stopped running and now I had to take the whole engine out in order to get it redone. I was wondering a couple things:

1) Instead of fixing the old B15 engine, would it be better to put in a B16 or better engine its place, and will it fit with no mods?

2) I've found all these parts on ebay and they seem good. It seems to me I can put a new catalitic converter, headers, strutts, shocks, and a cold air intake thing. What mods do I need to do to put these things in, if any, or should I wait for the engine?

3) I know it's sad, but I drive and automatic. I want to change it into a stick, is it possible and what do I need to do it?
