dead battery now radio is locked! HELP

Does anyone know the code to unlock the anti theft system for a 1998 olds silouette? I bought the van used and my battery died and now I can't play my radio. I have searched and other places want you to pay to find out this code. I don't want to have to buy a new radio. Does anyone know?

You have either 3 or 5 trys at the code before it locks permanently. Obviuosly someone set the code. Look in the ownersmanual to see if the previous owner wrote the code down. If I remember correctly it's a 4 number code. Try all zeros, if this doesn't work, the only solution is to bring it to a dealer to see if the they have a master code. Worst case scenario is to remove the radio and give to the dealer to have it shipped somewhere to have the code reset.
