Im really new to this car audio stuff and i need help with what amp to buy for Kicker Dual 12" Comp Subwoofers in Vents here are the specs

you need an amp that candeliver appx 300 watts RMS into a 2 ohm load or 150 watts X2 channels into a 4 ohm load.

Yes that amp is just fine for the subwoofers you are getting. Just be sure not to turn it too loud. The amp has a little more power than the subs can handle, which is ok. If you hear your subs clipping turn it down. I have a 1700 Watt 900RMS Kenwood amp for my infinity sub which only is suppose to handle 350RMS. It works just fine. Just be sure you don't turn it up too loud and it won't hurt anything. I'm assuming you will be wiring the subs in parallel so you will drop the ohms to 2. Just wire both positives to the positive and both negatives to the negative terminal and it will run quite smoothly. Good luck!
