97 Sunfire 2.4L A/C

97 Sunfire 2.4L was parked for 1 year (175K miles - awesome running) , A/C was was working previously. Fuses all OK. Checked system with Tech II and PCM shows indicator of call for A/C. But A/C Relay stay off. Compressor is not engaging so I am assuming low charge or bad low pressure switch. I cannot locate the low pressure switch. I want to bypass the low pressure switch to see if it will engage at all On most vehicles it is either on the low pressure line from the compressor to the accumulator or on the accumulator. Anyone have any clues???? Thanks.
