91 air-ride hell

I have a 91 Continental Executive and the car has been a "low rider" since i got it. I just put 2 new air struts in the front along w/ a new dryer and solenoids, she lifted nicely. My problem now is that the front height is maxed out yet the compressor still runs. Once in a while it releases the vent and lowers to where it should be like when the car's running, it seems to be fine as far as equal ride height. It's mainly when the key is off that it jacks the nose. Any help on this would be appreciated. At this point i'm out of ideas and I dont want to convert and destroy the best part of the car.:shakehead
