96 Ltc Won't Turn Over

I had this car for abt a month in the beginning it started with no problem....one day it all stop, it will crank but will not turn over.... i check the battery and wiring off the battery, i check to see if the fuel pump switch in the trunk was trip, i switch out the fuel relay and nothing happen. Iam not sure if it is a problem with the starter...but i believe it most likely have something to do with the fuel system, exactly where... i am not sure...i need som1 to point me in the right direction and/or give me some insight for a solution to my problem.:banghead:

1 check fuel pressure
2 check for spark

Check your EEC Relay its right next to the fuel pump relay. I had a similar problem on mine that happened for a few months and thought it was the fuel pump as well. Swapped the Fuel & EEC relay and vroom no more starting problems.
