Finally got my car... Pix inside...

Sup fellas.

As I expected myself, and told you guys here at AF, I was supposed to be getting my car sometime in early July.
Well, I got it earlier than I would've thought. I picked it up this past Saturday at 9 AM, from my 'rant's lady friend, who decieded to get rid of her car because she was getting the new 335i model.

I decided to take the car out and take some pictures instead of sitting home on Sunday morning, and took her to the back of our local shool's parking lot, and took some pictures.
Luckly for me that I managed to take some pictures before my camera died out on me.

Thanks, I'm not trying to push her too hard right now... I want to get it dynoed and tuned...

The deal I got was good, taking under consideration that the car was taken care of, it has low mileage, nothing done to the engine, and was bought from a family friend...

Put all those into consideration, and I got a helluva deal on my baby... Though I am not saying how much I paid... :iceslolan

yeah, my friend just bought one like 2 weeks ago. The chassis is extremely solid. It almost feels like its made from a solid block of stone. I thought the NSX's chassis was stiff but the M3's felt even more stiff.

I haven't driven an M3, but I have driven a 330i and a NSX. Both were a dream to drive.

Its a shame that the M3 was not driven the way it should be for its first 4 years of life. Well, i guess that was in your favor Kam.

To answer the question about the exhaust, it's a Borla cat-back dual exhaust system. I got it slapped on the first thing when I drove away with the car, (had some extra cash in my pocket, and couldn't help myself...)
Nothing else is done to the car, it is completely stock. I don't think the lady that was driving it before me had any plans for it in the future neither :icon16: ...

The car is defenitely a joy to drive, and gets some attention on the streets, but I don't want to push it right away, and not before I get it retuned, and dynoed... Kill/Death stories will sure show up on these boards, sooner or later. :smokin:

RACER D2, to answer your question, I don't know if you want the whole list of cars I have owned/own, or just the car I had before this one. Which I still do have, unfortunately...

You are so lucky man, thats my dream car. I played around in one with SMG and it was fun, but yours is 6spd so it should be even better, congratulations.

Very nice purchase. Not a huge fan of that specific color, but elsewise, all looks good. My advice? After driving damn near fifty of the stickies, get yourself a short throw kit. The thing as a longer throw than my buddies 88 Nissan Pickup (Thats what its called. Pickup). Tuning wise, well...that all depends and we can spend years discussing that. Enjoy her.

The E46 M3 is a great car. I've loved mine over the last 5 years. But now that my car isn't unique anymore... I'm gunna have to get that E92 M3 when the US finally gets it.
