girl with no car knowledge needs help

ok, so i have a 1995 toyota corolla and my brother said the fuse needs to be replaced for the air conditioner to work. I dont know where it goes though. the top thing with the little diagram is gone off the fuse box. can anybody help? :(

If the fuse that's in there is bad, just replace it -- even if you have to check all the fuses first to find the bad one -- It's likely a 20+ amp fuse, so you should be able to ignore anything less than that -- Then just "look" at them (from the side) -- there's a little wire inside the plastic -- all good ones look the same -- a bad one will have the wire's path broken, and if it blew with any drama, it will be burned like someone took a match to it.

An update...
The A/C fuses are on the passenger side, behind the glovebox, above the passenger side panel -- it's the same place as the main driver's side box, but it has no cover (you don't have to remove anything), contains only two fuses, and several wire harness connectors attached to it.
The small fuse is a standard 15A, and the other is a larger "Type B" 40A.
