Here is what I know. I have power but it wont turnover. I have looked everywhere in the forums for a similar problem but they point towards the starter. Ive read to take out the starter and crank the ignition to see if it spins. If it doesnt spin and makes a click or knock noise then its the starter. I do hear a click or knock noise but not from the starter, it sounds like it comes from a little round thing thats mounted next to my battery im just a little confused. If someone could help that would be so great.

Just found online that the little thing mounted next to my battery is a ignition relay. Thats what is making that "click" "knock" noise could that be bad or is it just the starter?
And when I say click it only does it one time.

Welcome to the forum!

From your description, it sounds like the starter is the problem. Since it sounds like you've searched the forum, you've probably read and already insured that your battery cables are clean and tight, so we'll assume that is not the problem. Plus, a bad connection would usually lead to a series of clicking.

You can try tapping on the starter to see if that will allow the starter to spin for a bit. If so, your starter is on its way out, so don't think tapping it is a long term fix.

If tapping has absolutely no effect, take it to your local auto parts store where they can test the starter on the bench to verify it is bad.
