When it quits check for lose of spark or lose of fuel pressure.
What engine?
What mileage and mileage of last tune up?
Any check engine lights or codes?
Is the engine getting hot?
How is that fuel filter?
I would hook up a fuel pressure gauge to it when you are driving and watch for lose of fuel when it quits and go from there.
Then when it quits check for lose of good hot blue park to plugs.

This sounds like my old 93 S-10. It was the ignition Module. It had the internal Ignition Module (inside the distributor) but I believe the 2000 has a different design. Anyway it would die after it got hot. The Parts Counter guys tried to tell me that these things either work or they don't and the heat has nothing to do with it. Bull! The problem went away after I changed it out. Now before you run down and buy a new Module, get yours tested.

Take your fuel filter off after driving for 15 minutes. poor the gas out of the filter in a glass from the in side. is it nasty like rust? if the fuel pump was replaced without the fuel filter then you will burn up the new pump. Also if you have a w engine code, your screen around your injector could be clogged.I Just fixed a blazer that the dealership couldnt fix and a whole panel of master techs couldnt. The screan was clogged but you couldnt tell unless you blew through it. Also replace the screan on the fuel pump. a pump must have volume and pressure. not just pressure.runaround :smokin:

Try the regulator and also the screan around the injector. Questions on checking it, ask me. I can fix any thing with wheels
