uhhh...I really do not know how to explain this but I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with me or if there is a way to fix it. I got into a very dry mood sometimes when I was little, I felt like I couldn't change my mood, I felt funny...almost a slow high. It happens VERY rarely to me as an adult, it happened today when I was driving on the thruway and stuck like that for about 3 exits. The last time before it happened to me years ago but I was also driving. When I was a kid it would happen to me when I was just minding my own business, like readin a book. Anybody got an idea of what this is?

It's like I put myself in the 3rd person, and no matter how I try to change my dry mood, it stays like that until it goes away. Say I want to be happy about something or I want to laugh, I can laugh for about a second, then I don't feel happy, I feel weird. I feel depressed for those moments, then it goes away and it doesn't happen for like a year. wtf?!

well it's obviously not a chronic problem, but I just wish I knew what was causing it. Honestly I just want to know if anyone knows what I'm frickin talking about.

I haven't got a clue what you're on about.

I think I understand kind of what your talking about. It usually happens to me when I am at work right after some kind of break. I always just blamed it on the heat, the drugs I took in the past, or the fact that I am losing my mind at a young age. It usually sticks around for a few minutes until I get up and going again. I never thought to much of it but who knows.
