1915 - Silver Ghost

I'm writing a novel (my 4th historical fiction) in which my characters drive a Silver Ghost, vintage 1915. Did it have an electric starter? (I've read contradictory reports of this.) Did those sold in Canada have the steering wheel on the right or left???
