2001 f150 climate control problem

No matter what position my controls are in I only get hot air from my vents. even in vent. I was told about a door that directs air flow through the core, sticking, any ideas?

turned out my problem was with my electronic temperature control. it fried inside so that the high heat was always selected. changed the switch, all better now
